Activities4seniors is a blog dedicated to helping seniors with their activities of daily living, and to support caregivers find comfort in caring. Most of the articles written in this blog were helped composed from user comments from the various Facebook and caregivers support groups am in.   

What I like

I love being around seniors, my granny can testify, so I have dedicated my time to research activities and other related stuffs that will brings smiles to the faces of seniors. I love to seek knowledge and I love engaging with seniors because they say old age comes with knowledge.  During my spare time I love engaging with nature through a forest bath.
